A parte questo sono stato 2 volte campione italiano LNC vincendo anche qualche trofeo nazionale.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 15.36px;">A parte i primi 3 anni in cui mi allenavo 3 volte a settimana seguendo il metodo Weider ho subito sentito la necessità di personalizzare i miei allenamenti portando le sedute a 4 lun. mart. giov. ven. Frazionando i gruppi muscolari e allenandoli solo 1 volta a settimana fatta eccezione per gli addominali che allenavo un pò sempre a fine allenamento. Ho imparato ad allenarmi in modo istintivo non contando serie e ripetizioni. Il mio allenamento non superava mai 1 ora e mezza ed era sempre intenso. In prossimità di una gara facevo a parte 45 minuti di corsa lenta almeno 2 volte a settimana. Non ho mai fatto una vera e propria periodizzazione. Usavo pesi più leggeri quando sentivo la fiacca e pesi medio pesanti quando ero più carico. Piu' diventavo esperto e piu' m'allenavo in modo istintivo tenendo però sempre conto la suddivisione dei vari gruppi muscolari. Ho gareggiato solo 1 volta ad una gara di massimale in distensione su panca e feci 146 kg. Ma in verità ero a quella gara solo per esibirmi sul palco e gareggiai allora con solo 73 kg. di peso corporeo. Non ho mai fatto veri allenamenti per potenziarmi al massimo preferendo l'ipertrofia ed armonia muscolare, ma riuscivo ad allenarmi con 110 kg nella dist. su panca per 10 rip.</span></div>

Più un multivitaminico e solo successivamente da proteine in polvere. Per un periodo ho integrato anche con bcaa ma era l'alimentazione quello a cui badavo di più. Molto proteica ma anche con un pò di carboidrati pochi grassi. Mai fumato e mai bevuto alcol. Pochi sgarri alimentari in fatto di dolci. Solo 1 volta a settimana mi concedevo una pizza ma evitavo la birra e altre bevande gasate. Solo del gelato senza la panna entrava come capriccio nella mia dieta. </span></div>

Ma a me piaceva gareggiare e confrontarmi per cui ho gareggiato molto nella IFBB quando gli atleti erano molti e le categorie poche. </span></div>

Il livello dei concorrenti si appiattisce ed il valore di chi detiene un campionato italiano o addirittura mondiale non può essere minimamente paragonato a chi un tempo vinceva le gare con poche categorie e moltissimi concorrenti ma evidentemente questo può essere proficuo per incassare più iscrizioni in una federazione dove è più importante guadagnare che dare lustro al body building. Ora ci sono addirittura gare di ragazzi che passeggiano, invece che posare, in bermuda ... altri in bermuda e canottiera! Roba da ridere e far cascare le braccia a chi ha vissuto, come me e altri veri campioni, il culturismo!! L</span></span><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 15.36px;">o scalpore che ha fatto il vincere delle gare considerate importanti da parte di federazioni che hanno eletto "campioni" dei culturisti diciamo mediocri, lascia amareggiati tutti quelli che davvero dovrebbero essere considerati tali. Ovvero confrontarsi più con le prprie potenzialità che con gli altri concorrenti. Si vince sempre quando si migliora se stessi! E restate lontano dai farmaci che possono danneggiare la vostra salute che resta il bene più caro! Quando si è giovani è più facile cadere in tranelli di qualsiasi tipo e quello del doping può sebrare una scorciatoia ... ma è molto molto rischioso. Io ad esempio non ho mai ceduto una sola volta a questo ed ho potuto gareggiare per decenni smettendo di competere a 54 anni. Chi ha più buon senso ed amor propio lo usi al meglio!! I giovani saranno il futuro ed è per questo che ho accettato volentieri questa intervista. Principalmente per dare a chi puotra' essere un campione, dei consigli, e comunque una alternativa ... sia a ballerini in canottiera e mutandoni che a spacciatori di sostanze dopanti. palestra dove le competizioni di body building erano nell'aria , alcuni soci gareggiavano
nell'aicap, dopo qualche tempo grazie ad un amico decisi di partecipare ad
alcuni corsi per istruttori organizzati
dal Prof. Roberto Calcagno per la Nabba Italia. Nel giro di qualche anno,
grazie al mio impegno nel formarmi soprattutto con i corsi isef organizzati
dalla Regione Piemonte, l’allenamento in palestra passò dall’essere una
semplice passione all’essere una vera e propria professione. Il Prof. Calcagno è ancor oggi non solo il mio
maestro ma mi permetto di dire che è anche un mio amico. Grazie alla collaborazione
con il Prof. Calcagno e al mio ruolo di responsabile del settore fitness AICS
Torino, organizziamo la formazione degli istruttori e dei personal
trainer in Piemonte. Ho militato per 10 anni nella Nabba Italia ricoprendo il
ruolo di giudice e poi nell IPF, in entrambe le sigle federative ho realizzato manifestazioni
competitive e soprattutto misi in piedi una competizione open chiamata Gran Prix
di Cercenasco che per diversi anni richiamo' tanti appassionati del
settore in gara in piemonte<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>

Nel corso della mia esperienza ho notato che, talvolta, nelle gare federali
accadono degli spiacevoli episodi non sempre ispirati al senso della sana
competizione sportiva e così dallo scorso anno è nata l’idea di proporre una
competizione che mettesse al centro l’atleta… è l’atleta il fulcro di tutte le nostre competizioni..
un vero e proprio campionato italiano in cui gli atleti di tutte le sigle
federative possono partecipare… noi siamo in amicizia con tutti e in conflitto
con nessuno… chi vuole venire alle nostre competizioni è il benvenuto… il
nostro scopo è quello di fargli trovare un ambiente sereno, il sentirsi a casa…
con amici atleti appassionati del bodybuilding… il nostro impegno è quello di
garantire a tutti un giudizio sereno e serio… le nostre giurie hanno un
regolamento particolarmente stringente… nessun giudice può portare in gara
parenti od amici e se ciò dovesse venirsi a verificare è previsto che il
giudice in questione sia radiato dal nostro albo… ci teniamo a giudizi non

guarda la coppa italia e' nata di punto in bianco...nel giro di 30 giorni noi
abbiamo fatto la nostra prima competizioni con circa 90 atleti e ti posso dire
che e' stata un successo come dimostrano le foto in circolazione, un grande
aiuto me lo ha dato GIANNI MARIANI di Frosinone.. quest'anno abbiamo messo
insieme un bel gruppo di amici in po'di tutta Italia … persone che hanno condiviso la serieta' del
nostro progetto. Abbiamo messo insieme amici provenienti anche qui da
esperienze di federazioni diverse e se quest' anno ci seguite li vedrete sui

per quanto riguarda le categorie direi che noi puntiamo a realizzare una
competizione vera e propria per cui abbiamo scelto di individuare sole 13
categorie … vogliamo mantenere un tale numero perche' riteniamo che e' bello
vedere categorie numerose sui palchi … troppo spesso molte organizzazioni o
federazioni fanno tantissime categorie suddivise ma se poi vai a vedere a volte
con soli 2/3 atleti a categoria, questo allunga eccessivamente i tempi della
competizione, la rende un noiosa e poco avvincente.. noi vogliamo che vincerà
gli assoluti di La Spezia sia sicuramente un grande atleta perche' si sara' confrontato
con tanti sfidanti in una categoria numerosa… le cat bb si suddividono in
esordienti, juniores, master e over 50 , leggeri, medi e massimi, l'altezza
peso nostra e' la vera altezza peso come e' nata...quindi i limiti sono -2, 0,
+2....la bikini per noi deve essere una bella ragazza tonica, la nostra shape
una ragazza muscolosa ma non estrema ed essere molto femminile, il nostro
physique maschile deve essere un uomo tonico,definito di aspetto bello e curato</span><span style="color: #222222;"><o:p></o:p></span></span></div>

reperire sponsor… anche sponsor più piccoli di dimensioni locali ci hanno sostenuto

si le gare di panca piana sono nate in un secondo tempo… il mio amico Gianni
Mariani un appassionato delle gare di
panca mi chiese se non era il caso di aprire la porta a queste competizioni,
quest anno siamo riusciti a mettere in piedi due competizioni di selezione piu
una bella finale in centro-italia, sicuramente con l'autunno questo progetto
sara' migliorato ed amplificato, anche qui le competizoni hanno previsto un

partecipato con noi atleti provenienti da 7 federazioni italiane diverse… ed il
contesto che siamo riusciti a realizzare è stato molto bello… al momento
abbiamo messo giu' diverse date in Italia e se i ragazzi riescono a partecipare
da noi senza inficiare nelle loro gare federative noi siamo molto felici. Noi
proponiamo una competizione unica per tanti motivi :<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>

nessuno da portare avanti,chi vince da noi merita, quindi cercate di essere
sportivi e non discutere sempre i piazzamenti perche' vi assicuro che le nostre
giurie sono pulite … seconda cosa importante è che da noi si paga una quota
alle competizioni ma tra montepremi in denaro e premi sponsor non si esce mai a
mani vuote…a tal proposito volevo ricordare che alle selezioni oltre ai
montepremi o ai premi sponsor i primi tre classificati di categoria vincono dei
rimborsi sulla quota per partecipare alle finale il che e' un caso unico in
italia.<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>

<span style="line-height: 19.32px;">la gara consta di tre prove singole per ciascun concorrente e sarà presa in considerazione la migliore delle alzate giudicate valide;</span></div>

<span style="line-height: 19.32px;">1) l’atleta, chiamato in pedana, si posiziona di fronte al bilanciere collocato orizzontalmente per terra, impugna lo stesso con entrambe le mani in qualsiasi punto di suo gradimento; il tempo limite di 1’ decorre dall’annuncio di “bilanciere pronto” e termina nel momento in cui ha inizio l’alzata;</span><span style="line-height: 19.32px;"> </span></div>
</span><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="line-height: 19.32px;">2) è permesso, prima della tirata, far rotolare il bilanciere o strattonarlo ripetutamente al fine di un assetto corretto, purché tali movimenti non siano interpretati dagli arbitri come un tentativo di alzata interrotto o fallito;</span></div>
</span><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="line-height: 19.32px;">3) l’atleta inizia l’alzata senza attendere alcun segnale arbitrale e la termina raggiungendo la posizione eretta, con gambe e braccia ben stese, ginocchia serrate e le spalle indietro;</span><span style="line-height: 19.32px;"> </span></div>
</span><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="line-height: 19.32px;">4) al termine dell’alzata il giudice, allorquando il bilanciere sarà stato giudicato immobile, darà un udibile segnale di “giù” e soltanto allora il bilanciere stesso potrà essere riportato a terra accompagnandolo fino al contatto con il suolo; il comando di “giù” potrà essere pure impartito allorché l’atleta dovesse trovarsi in una posizione di stallo che si protragga per un tempo ritenuto pericoloso a giudizio del capo pedana;</span></div>
</span><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="line-height: 19.32px;">Sono cause di nullità dell’alzata:</span></div>
</span><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="line-height: 19.32px;">- non stendere e serrare le ginocchia alla fine del sollevamento (cartello rosso),</span></div>
</span><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="line-height: 19.32px;">- non assumere una posizione eretta con le spalle spinte indietro (cartello rosso),</span></div>
</span><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="line-height: 19.32px;">- appoggiare il bilanciere sulle cosce o flettere le stesse per posizionarle al di sotto (cartello blu),</span></div>
</span><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="line-height: 19.32px;">- qualsiasi movimento discendente del bilanciere prima del “giù” arbitrale (blu); non è considerato tale l’assestamento del bilanciere mentre vengono spinte indietro le spalle; non è altresì considerato fallo la vibrazione delle gambe o del corpo quando il bilanciere passa le ginocchia,</span></div>
</span><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="line-height: 19.32px;">- camminare avanti, indietro o lateralmente (cartello giallo),</span></div>
</span><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="line-height: 19.32px;">- abbassare il bilanciere prima del segnale del capo pedana (cartello giallo),</span></div>

<span style="line-height: 19.32px;">- non mantenere la presa di entrambe le mani mentre si porta il bilanciere a terra (cartello giallo).</span></div>

<span style="line-height: 19.32px;">Tra una prova e l’altra devono esserci almeno kg.2,5 di differenza in aumento. In caso di prova nulla l’alzata può essere ripetuta (sempre nel limite delle tre prove) ma il carico non può diminuire.</span></div>

<span style="line-height: 19.32px;">ABBIGLIAMENTO E ATTREZZATURA</span></div>

<span style="line-height: 19.32px;">E’ obbligatorio per tutti gli atleti l’uso del costume da gara (singlet/body) e dei calzettoni lunghi al ginocchio.</span></div>

<span style="line-height: 19.32px;">Non è ammesso l’utilizzo di cinghie o ganci avvolti o fissati al bilanciere ne quello di fasce, bende, elastici o guanti avvolgenti o coprenti anche parzialmente le mani.</span></div>

<span style="line-height: 19.32px;">E’ consentito di avvalersi dei polsini, delle ginocchiere e della cintura di protezione dei fianchi, purché del tipo regolamentare visionato ed approvato in sede di operazioni di peso.</span></div>
